Orders & Shipping
For DOMESTIC ORDERS, shipments to all continental states will be made primarily via FedEx. USPS for smaller products (sheets + mattress pads). Shipment arrival is approx. 7-10 business days depending on location. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. This timeline does not include weekends.
*Please note that orders typically take 48 business hours for processing before shipping. When we have an influx of orders due to sales, launches, promotions, holidays, etc., it will take longer to ship everything out. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item on our website that is not yet available to ship. By placing a pre-order, your purchase will be the first to ship once the product has arrived at our warehouse. Tentative ship date will be provided in the product description of each pre-order item.
Shipment arrival dates can change due to unforeseeable domestic and international shipping delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it ships.
YES, you can cancel your pre-order before the order is fulfilled and shipped out. You can email us at consumercare@babydelight.com for assistance.
If you order one or more items with your pre-ordered item, we wait until all products are available before shipping. Please email us at consumercare@babydelight.com with any questions.
Yes, credit cards are charged at the time your order is placed.

Returns & Warranty
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase from babydelight.com on unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of your arrival date.
Please be aware you are responsible for the return shipping back to Baby Delight. Please send the item back to us via a trackable insured service such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for shipping issues, lost or damaged products, or costs of returns.
If we receive the product back and it has been USED, we are NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT it and that would VOID the return.
We do not accept returns from retailers, only items purchased on our site at babydelight.com

We offer a limited warranty of up to 90 days from the date of initial purchase.
If defects are discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear. Sales receipt is required for proof of purchase.

Snuggle Nest™
Snuggle Nest products are compliant with Prop 65 in the State of California that bans harmful flame retardants. Snuggle Nest products also comply with the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act. (CPSIA)
Since the Snuggle Nest is such a unique product, there are no current safety standards such as the ones that exist for cribs or car seats. However, the Snuggle Nest was designed to incorporate preventative safety features suggested by leading experts and organizations:
- FIRM PAD - provides firm surface
- ENVELOPE SHEET - reduces hazard of loose sheeting,
- PLASTIC FRAME - Firm, tall, plastic walls and base provides a secure, separate area for infant to lounge in.
Absolutely! The Snuggle Nest™ Sheets (Item # BD890 ) can be purchased from our website and will fit the Snuggle Nest™ Dream & Harmony models. Item # BD900 Snuggle Nest™ Organic Fitted Sheet can be purchased for our Organic model.
Yes, the sound and light unit is sold separately on our website.
The standard Snuggle Nest™ and the Harmony models are identical in size and design. The standard Snuggle Nest is our most basic version of the Snuggle Nest and includes no additional features/accessories. The Harmony includes a light, sound and vibration unit.
Beside Me Dreamer™
Absolutely! We designed sheets specifically for our bassinet and you can purchase them from our website as well as Amazon, Target.com, and BuyBuyBaby.com.
Our bassinet is a unique shape and therefore the mattress does not have straightforward dimensions. If you are looking for extra sheets, we recommend purchasing the ones we designed specifically for this mattress which are available on our website, along with Amazon, Target and Buy Buy Baby websites.
The bassinet has 6 different positions that the height can be adjusted to. At the lowest setting, the bottom of the bassinet sits 13" above the ground and at the highest setting, it sits 17" above the floor.
If you are facing the bassinet, it is intended for mom to be able to rock it in a side to side fashion. That being said, it is meant to be a slight rocking motion, so if you find that there is a lot of movement, your bassinet may be incorrectly assembled. If this is the case, please feel free to send us a photo of your assembled product at info@babydelight.com and we'd be happy to take a look at it and make sure its been assembled correctly.
To disassemble your Beside Me Dreamer, you’ll want to essentially reverse the assembly instructions, which can be found in our step-by-step video tutorial in the product listing. Many customers sometimes get stuck on the step that requires them to detach the middle component of the frame. For help on taking this component apart, take a look at the video below, which can also be found under the product.

To ensure the safety and security of the child make sure that the 3-point harness is securely fastened and the level of incline is adjusted appropriately to coordinate with the guidelines and instructions provided with your bouncer.
The Alpine bouncer is recommended for babies from birth until they start trying to sit up on their own, or reach 20 pounds, whatever comes first.
